LLP is considered as your investment, even then if any penalty arises for any non-compliances by chance, it will be our cost”. She has worked as a Company Secretary of a listed company and was associated with reputed Practicing Company Secretary and Merchant Banker before co-founding SCS and Co LLP. Her caliber excels in providing quality consultancy and quick business solutions to the corporates and others in the areas of Companies Act, Listing Compliances, LLP Act, Partnership Act, Corporate Restructuring etc.
Her consultancy spreads across many small, medium and large companies in various industries. She, along with her dynamic team has been effortlessly striving to lessen the burden over the clients by providing real time, quick and quality services thereby eradicating complexities involved in any given case in the areas of Corporate Secretarial and Legal related work and provide full hand holding to Newly Listed Companies. She has a portfolio of 25+ Listed Companies (SME/Main Board and Companies Listed on both the exchanges), handled Pre IPO Secretarial Work of 15+ SME Companies, handled Special Events of many Listed Companies as to Migration to Main Board, Split of Equity Shares, Direct Listing, Issue of Shares (Preferential/Bonus/Right Issue/ESOPs), Corporate Restructuring as to Mergers/Amalgamations etc.

Mr. Abhishek Chhajed is a young and dynamic Corporate Professional. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India “ICSI” and a Law Graduate and Commerce Post Graduate. He has an excellent academic record and became CS at very young age. He is Trademark Agent under the Trademark Registry and also the Registered Valuer for Securities Financial Assets, under ICSI Registered Valuers Organisation (A wholly owned subsidiary of ICSI and registered with IBBI).
He was the Chairman of the Management Committee of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India at Ahmedabad in the year 2020 and the Secretary in 2019. He is appointed as a member of Professional Development Committee (Outside Mumbai) of WIRC of ICSI. He was also the Secretary of Leo Club of Digvijaynagar. He has been appointed as a Mentor – Board at Swarrnim Incubation Center at Swarrnim Start up and Innovation University.
Mr. Chhajed has a good grip over valuation, the corporate laws and liaisioning with the authorities, departments and serving the Corporate Community. He has been delivering lectures at different platforms all over India He has handled many litigation cases at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kochi and Kolkata NCLT.
He filed many cases at NCLAT too. He has authored many articles in premier professional journals – domestic and international, leading business and mainline publications.
Chinmay, a Qualified Company Secretary, joined the team at SCS and CO LLP with a diverse range of experience. Having worked under a chartered accountancy firm and a practicing company secretary firm, he has seen a swath of corporate law and legal needs of varied corporations. He leverages this varied background to address client challenges, combining critical thinking with knowledge of laws and provisions to build impactful solutions. He is heading Listed Companies Compliance division of the firm. He is a dedicated Professional with good soft skills.
She is a Qualified Company Secretary. She handles Secretarial Matters of Gujarat Clients. Among our clients, she is known to transparently bring up difficult issues for clients and address them promptly.
